01 General Membership Terms

The 28win platform is an online casino entertainment service operated to serve adult players in Malaysia. To use 28win's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

02 Registration & Account Management

Registering a 28win account is straightforward and free of charge. That said, there are a few important things to understand about managing your account as a 28win member.

False or incomplete information may result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent termination if fraud is confirmed.

The one account per member policy is absolute at 28win. Each individual is only permitted to hold and operate one active account at any given time. Members found to hold more than one account – whether under the same or different names, or using the details of family members or friends – will have all associated accounts terminated and any remaining balances forfeited.

2.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your 28win account password and login details confidential. 28win will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. Please notify the 28win support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus offered by 28win carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x or 40x). This means the bonus amount received must be wagered the specified number of times before any bonus balance or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a bonus of RM100 with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place total bets of RM2,000 before winnings from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

4.2 Bonus Validity Period

All 28win bonuses have a set validity period – typically 7 to 30 days depending on the bonus type. Unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements within the validity period will expire and be credited back to the company account without further notice.

4.3 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

• You may not use the 28win platform for any unlawful purpose, including any attempt to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• You must agree not to use any third-party software, automated bots, or other tools that provide an unfair advantage over other players or interfere with the operation of the 28win platform.

07 Account Suspension & Termination

• Registering or using multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Submission of false information or fraudulent details during registration or the KYC process.
• Confirmed instances of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Attempts to exploit the bonus system, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities in bad faith.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member through the established procedure.
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

When an account is terminated due to a terms violation, 28win reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds in the account related to that breach. For terminations unrelated to a violation (for example, at the member's own request), any valid funds remaining in the account will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe once identity verification is complete.

08 28win Liability Limits

The 28win platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 28win makes every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption at all times, there are limits to the liability we are able to assume.

28win shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

28win's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim being raised. This limit does not apply to legitimate winnings payable in accordance with the established game rules.
